This position refers to Multi Commodity Responsibility for Category Implementation - Strategic Sourcing and Commodity Strategy for Lockset, Strikers and Cables for North America Region.
- Develop and execute supply base/commodity strategies.Where applicable take lead on Modularity Catalogue Global Commodity Business Plans, Commodity Segmentation and ESF activity.
- Lead cross-functional teams regarding on-time execution of GPDS (General Product Development System) sourcing process- Facilitate execution of target setting process for new programs- Support the Program process by participating in the Teams of 4/5 to deliver required Purchasing milestone requirements.
- Lead target and pricing negotiations using tools to secure best Job 1 price- Issue, analyze and evaluate requests for proposals as a result of customer requisition- Source programs/projects and manage Sourcing Agreements (Sourcing Agreement/Supplier On Board Agreement/Program Commercial Package)
