What You'll Do
Develop, test, debug, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product managers, quality assurance engineers, UX designers, and senior developers to implement business requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services.
Support unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production issue analysis.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve application performance, quality, and development processes.
What You'll Bring
Foundational knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming principles.
Understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic SQL query development.
Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines,



and Agile software development practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to learn quickly and work within cross-functional teams.
What Could Set You Apart
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years of software development experience using Java.
Experience with Spring Boot through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
Knowledge of MVC/MVC architecture.
Basic understanding of web services, microservices architecture, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, JUnit, and modern DevOps practices.
AI RAG experience a plus
