Job Summary

*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Automation SME (RH) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.*

*Reporting to Human Resources Manager, Automation SME (RH) this role involves* *overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.*

*PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- *Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize HR processes and workflows.*
- *Design, build, and maintain applications, tools, and system enhancements for HR operations.*




- *Utilize platforms such as Workday, advanced Excel, VBA macros, and development applications to streamline HR tasks.*
- *Partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization.*
- *Provide technical and functional support for HR systems and tools, ensuring proper functionality and user adoption.*
- *Conduct analysis of HR processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.*
- *Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations when implementing automation solutions.*
- *Prepare and maintain documentation related to the operation and maintenance of automation equipment and tools.*
- *Manage projects within budget and time constraints, providing status reports as required.*
- *Support training and knowledge transfer to HR users and stakeholders on new automation tools and processes.*
