Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Finance; the *Financial Analyst role* will convert operational, and enterprise-system data into accurate dashboards, reconciliations, reports, and actionable insights. The role emphasizes financial data quality, ERP/reporting traceability, automation, governance, variance analysis, and management-ready recommendations for controllership, FP&A;, operations finance, logistics finance, and business leadership.

What a typical day looks like:
- Translate Finance and business questions into clear analytics requirements, reliable data models, and reporting solutions.
- Provide financial insight through dashboards, KPI scorecards, reconciliations, variance analysis, trend analysis, and executive ready reporting.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, documentation, and governance across Finance-related sources such as ERP, data warehouse, reporting platforms, planning systems, and relevant operational systems.
