Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales pipeline for a U.S. based company.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects and guiding leads through the sales cycle. The adecuado candidate is a confident communicator who excels at building relationships and is highly organized when managing leads, follow ups, and pipeline stages using GoHighLevel (GHL).

Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound leads across phone, email, text, social media, and website inquiries
• Qualify prospective customers, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunities
• Manage leads through the GoHighLevel sales pipeline, from initial contact through closing or disqualification
• Consistently follow up with prospects and nurture customer relationships
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between prospects, clients, and internal team members
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including opportunities, tasks, notes,



customer information, and communication history
• Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure leads receive timely follow-up
• Educate prospective and existing customers on available services and identify cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
• Assist with customer onboarding, proposals, documentation, calendars, and appointment scheduling
• Monitor incoming leads from digital marketing campaigns and coordinate with the Marketing Automation Specialist regarding lead quality and performance
• Provide updates and reports on sales and pipeline activity
• Continuously develop knowledge of GoHighLevel, CRM best practices, sales techniques, AI tools, and marketing automation

Requirements
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level
• Previous professional experience in sales, client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
