Descripción y detalle de las actividades- The quality engineer will support the daily operation of the Quality System of the organization.
- Will respond to internal and external customer complaints and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.Interprets and executes policies and procedures and provides modifications to operating processes.
- The quality engineer will review the engineering deliverables and will participate in the design reviews.
- Will perform internal audits and redact/update quality assurance plans.T- The quality engineer will also lead supplier activities related to subcontractor and vendor approval, audits, and quality.
- Liaison with the certification authorities is also part of the quality engineer's mandate as required by certain programs.
.** Job duties**:- Review and audit Engineering's deliverables and processes- Prepare and review Software and Hardware Quality Assurance plans- Participate in design reviews- Approve releases for products, software loads, and various drawings (mechanical, optical,- electrical)- Work with suppliers to improve quality and OTD, assign SCAR to- implement permanent corrective action and maintain good traceability on- improvements.




- Support and maintain the corrective action system.Coordinate- timely completion of CAR and verify and validate efficiency.
- Review NCR and coordinate MRB for disposition- Perform and assist others in reviewing and completing first article inspection reports- Maintain and implement calibration schedule and control.
- Support the implementation and phase-in of product changes at- ECO meetings.Experiência y requisitos- ** English fluid**( interviews in English and daily communication)- Experience as a **Quality Engineer in manufacturing in the electronics or medical industry** is preferred.
- **VISA**- Experience with **ISO**- Familiar with **LCD technology, monitors, displays, and optical products**.
