About the Role

Business Coordinator
–
to lead the development of strategic partnerships and business opportunities for
BYD Flash Charging projects in Mexico
.

This role will be responsible for identifying and developing potential charging sites, building relationships with strategic partners, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving projects from the initial business discussion through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead
business development and partnership development
for BYD Flash Charging projects in Mexico.
- Identify and develop relationships with: BYD dealers, Shopping malls, Commercial property owners , Parking operators, EV charging operators, Other strategic partners and potential site owners.
- Identify potential charging locations and manage the process from
initial contact and business model development through negotiation and project implementation
.
- Develop and negotiate suitable cooperation models, including: Site leasing, Joint investment,



Operational partnerships, Other strategic cooperation models .
- Manage commercial activities including
contracts, quotations, internal approvals, and negotiations
.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as
Product, Infrastructure, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other relevant departments
to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain an accurate
project and partner pipeline
, tracking opportunities, stages, next steps, and expected implementation timelines.
- Travel nationwide and conduct
on-site visits
as required.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in: Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Engineering Management, or a related fields.

Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience
in: Business Development - Channel Development, Project Management in the Automotive industry, New Energy, EV Charging Infrastructure.
