We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a strong combination of enterprise account management, technology sales, account mining, project delivery, Salesforce experience, and client relationship management .
This is not a traditional sales-only Account Manager role . We need someone who can grow strategic accounts while working closely with clients, Sales, Project Management, Delivery, and technical teams .
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic enterprise client relationships.
- Drive account mining , identifying new projects, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders .
- Manage account strategy, pipeline, forecasting, revenue growth, and account health.




- Work closely with Salesforce and CRM environments to manage accounts, opportunities, pipeline, forecasts, and client activity.
- Partner with Project Management, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and technical teams throughout project execution.
- Manage client escalations, delivery risks, and recovery plans.
- Support proposals, SOWs, contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.
- Understand project delivery fundamentals including scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, change requests, critical path, and project profitability .
- Balance client expectations with technical feasibility and delivery commitments.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, Strategic Accounts, Client Relationship Management, Enterprise Sales, Service Delivery, or related technology environments.
- Strong experience managing enterprise technology accounts .
