Job Description
- Lead labour relations processes and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Serve as a key liaison between employees, union representatives, and management.
- Manage employee grievances and support conflict resolution initiatives.
- Provide labour relations guidance to HR and business leaders.
- Support collective bargaining negotiations and maintain positive union relations.
- Monitor labour legislation updates and prepare labour relations reports and metrics.
