Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Quality Manager.Eaton announced, on January 26, ****, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company.We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of ****.

Key responsibilities include driving the Strategic Quality Plan at the operational level, defining andimplementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the EatonBusiness System.C.
Development of short- and long-term business strategies to align our resources to meet futurecustomer needs and drive superior operating results.D.




Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and productionobjectives consistent with quality assurance requirements and customer, optimizing the utilization ofthe workforce to minimize manufacturing costs.E.
Establish and maintain budgets, manpower and equipment requirements to support the needs of thecustomer both internally and externally.F.
Ensure that systems and operations are compliant with prescribed Quality system requirements andidentify and implement improvement opportunities.G.
Manage processes, material, and personnel to ensure that finished material is shipped according toschedules & according to customer requirements.This includes internal and external customers.H.
Implement, promote and maintain a safe work environment by implementing a culture of prevention,Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.I.

**Qualifications**:A.
Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required.B.
5 - 7 years experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment (preferablyautomotive)C.
English - language capability,



speaking, reading & writing requiredD.
Broad technical knowledge in the areas of manufacturing processes, quality assurance plantE.
EBE (or equivalent process) examiner or organization leader, six sigma qualification would also bebeneficial.F.
Broad financial knowledge for asset management, budgeting and profit plan obtainment.G.
Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively dealwith people at all levels.H.
Strong leadership skills must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey ofsustained improvement.
