**Key Responsibilities**:**Operations Enablement**- Lead daily operations to ensure smooth execution and cross-team efficiency.
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows, systems, and processes powering the GTM engine.
- Own timelines, budgets, and resource management across projects.
- Identify operational risks and implement solutions to ensure compliance and continuity.
- Run operating rhythm: scorecards, weekly accountability syncs, team cadences, and sprint cycles.
- Ensure clarity on ownership, priorities, and tracking across functions.
