**A Day in the Life**As the **Indirect Purchases Manager** you will be responsible for developing the vision in line with the Business Stakeholder priorities (spend of $2,200 M MXN).
You and your team will manage the implementation of the sourcing strategies across L'Oréal MEX (Business Services and Retail & Promotion categories).
You will be responsible for strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, continuous cost and performance improvement and market innovation.You will manage 5 direct reports and will be responsible for their development plan and performance evaluation.You will report directly into the L'Oréal MEX Indirect Purchases Director.
**Your Responsibilities**:- Develop strong relationships with your key stakeholders, be recognized as a valued partner and influence business decisions.
- In partnership with stakeholders, define Sourcing strategies for the next 2-3 years- Translate and prioritize GENERAL and LATAM's Sourcing strategies and implement accordingly in Mexico based on business needs and market.
- Lead a broad range of commercial and business contract negotiations working closely with L'Oréal's Legal counsel and Business Stakeholders.
- Manage/consolidate category spend analytics and financial reporting- Manage a strong Supplier Relationship program with your category partners and strategic suppliers through a Joint Business Plan and Quarterly Business Review- Design sourcing content to fuel My Market to better serve our business and stakeholders- Measure strategic vendors performance through accurate Key Performance Indicators to assure best in class service/delivery to L'Oréal- Assure internal controls compliance/sourcing excellence for all purchases in Mexico**Your Skills**:- Excellent leadership and people-development skills- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross functional teams and influence decision- Strong project management, negotiation and analytical skills.
