Our client is looking for an Acquisition Team Lead to lead performance marketing, scale player acquisition across LATAM markets, and drive profitable growth for an iGaming brand.

Role Overview:

The Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for leading and scaling user acquisition across key Latin American markets. This role owns the acquisition strategy across multiple channels, manages internal teams and external partners, oversees budgets and performance, and drives sustainable, data-driven growth through continuous optimisation of the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute LATAM acquisition strategy (paid, PPC/Google, social media, SEO, affiliates);
- Build, hire and manage the acquisition team where needed (media buyers, PPC, SEO, SMM, affiliates, analytics);
- Own channel budgets, bidding strategies, forecasting and media mix management;
- Run a continuous experimentation program: design, prioritise and execute A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, targeting, landing pages and offers; iterate rapidly based on results;




- Drive accountability by ensuring collaboration across Product, CRM, Legal, Finance, PSP and Customer Support, with documented justification for underperformance;
- Set, track and deliver on KPIs;
- Investigate and resolve underperformance end-to-end (tracking, creatives, traffic quality, payments, product, communication, etc.);
- Optimise the entire acquisition funnel (traffic → registration → deposit → retention) and minimise leakage;
- Manage agencies, affiliates and partner contracts;
- Implement tracking and attribution, and deliver regular performance reports and forecasts;
- Localise campaigns for Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico while ensuring regulatory compliance.

- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing/acquisition, including 3+ years leading teams in iGaming, betting, or related industries (fintech, gambling, sports media);
