What You’ll Do
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Customer Education Consultant to join our team. This entry-level role is customer-facing and focuses on supporting the delivery of educational initiatives through collaboration with Account Teams. The adecuado candidate will have a passion for learning and educating customers, helping to drive product adoption through strategic educational initiatives. This role involves assisting with the operational aspects of customer training, including planning, scheduling, and facilitating customer-facing calls and initiatives.



The role also involves supporting multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

*Consulting:*
- Assist in planning and delivering customer enablement programs that align with business objectives and drive product adoption.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, and Account Teams provide guidance on best practices training approaches, developing training plans.
- Collaborate with Account Teams to identify customer education needs and deliver tailored training solutions.
- Help prepare training assessments and recommendations for customers.
- Assist in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of educational initiatives and continuously improving based on feedback and data.
