We are hiring an Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team in Juárez, Chihuahua.

What can you expect as a Industrial Engineering Intern:
- Collect and analyze production data to support operational improvement initiatives.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities across manufacturing operations.
- Participate in process improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Update KPIs, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Perform time and motion studies to identify process optimization opportunities.
- Conduct measurements and update plant layouts using AutoCAD to support production flow and equipment positioning.
