Job Overview We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) located in Latin America with 1–2+ years of recent sales experience to make outbound calls and convert warm prospective leads into active agency clients. Working directly with pre-qualified leads supplied by our team—no cold lead sourcing required—you will focus on high-volume phone outreach, relationship building, and account closing during our 20-hour weekly shift schedule.

Responsibilities
- Perform targeted phone calls and follow-up activities with qualified leads provided by the internal team.
- Communicate agency staffing capabilities and pitch customized workforce solutions to prospective decision-makers.




- Nurture prospective contacts through active engagement to push leads through the sales pipeline.
- Close client accounts to earn uncapped monthly commissions.

Requirements & Skills
- Location: Must reside in Latin America (Expats in LatAm welcome).
- Recent Sales/BDR Experience: 1–2+ years of recent experience in sales, business development, or phone outreach.
- Outbound Phone Outreach: Demonstrated success in phone sales outreach, lead conversion, and client acquisition.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Self-Motivation: High energy, persuasive telephone presence, and self-management in a remote setting.
- Must submit an updated resume written in English.
