We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead corporate interior construction projects in Querétaro City, Mexico.
In this role, you will oversee complex interior fit-out projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive project success through strategic planning, decisive leadership, and meticulous attention to detail.Plan, organize, and execute corporate interior construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and organizational objectivesDevelop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as neededLead and mentor project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff; foster collaboration and accountability across all project phasesManage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement activities to optimize costs without compromising qualityConduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and client requirementsIdentify and analyze project risks; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize delays and cost overrunsMaintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records; communicate status updates to stakeholdersCoordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project executionManage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial forecasting and analysis to senior managementEnsure compliance with Mexican construction codes, regulations,



and safety protocols throughout all project phasesQualifications and PreferredMinimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing corporate interior construction or fit-out projectsProven expertise in budget management, cost control, and financial forecastingStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teamsAdvanced proficiency in project management software and tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent)Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detailDemonstrated experience in contract negotiation and vendor managementFluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)Familiarity with Mexican construction regulations, building codes, and safety standardsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentialPreferred: Experience with corporate interior design projects and knowledge of the Querétaro construction marketPreferred: Familiarity with CAD software or design visualization toolsOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
