Role Overview
One of our clients is looking for a Performance Creative Strategist / Paid Media & Creative Strategy Manager to bridge paid media, creative strategy, consumer insights, and performance analytics.
The adecuado candidate is a hands-on DTC or consumer brand growth marketer with strong paid social experience, particularly Meta, and a proven track record of using creative testing and performance data to drive customer acquisition and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Media & Growth Optimization
- Own performance across key customer acquisition channels, including Meta and other paid social platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and ROAS.
- Partner with leadership to establish growth objectives, investment priorities, and performance expectations.
- Evaluate creative performance alongside media performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
Creative Performance Analysis
- Conduct creative performance audits using metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Identify trends across messaging, hooks, offers, formats, creators, audiences, and visual execution.
- Build reporting frameworks that translate performance data into actionable creative recommendations.
- Develop hypotheses and testing strategies to improve creative effectiveness and customer acquisition.
Creative Strategy & Testing
- Develop clear creative briefs based on consumer insights, channel learnings, and performance data.
- Build structured testing roadmaps covering concepts, hooks, formats, messaging, offers, and creative angles.
- Partner with creative teams, content creators, designers, copywriters, agencies, and influencers to execute creative briefs.
- Establish repeatable processes for capturing and applying creative learnings to future campaigns.
