We are a leading European automotive manufacturing company specializing in high-quality plastic components and solutions for the automotive industry. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR organization across five manufacturing plants .

Position Overview

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing and executing the people strategy across five manufacturing facilities in Mexico. This executive will act as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team, ensuring that the organization has the right talent, structure, culture, and capabilities to support business growth and operational excellence.

The adecuado candidate is a highly analytical, strategic, and results-oriented HR leader with strong decision-making capabilities, extensive manufacturing experience, and advanced English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall Human Resources strategy and operations for five manufacturing plants .





Partner with Plant Managers and senior leadership to align people strategies with business and operational objectives.

Lead and develop the HR teams across all locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service.

Drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Lead employee and labor relations strategies, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation and company policies.

Oversee union relationships and collective bargaining agreements where applicable.

Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, and organizational culture.

Lead compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
