Our client is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused
Bilingual Civil Litigation Legal Assistant
to support a growing litigation practice. The idóneo candidate has prior litigation experience and understands the importance of managing strict deadlines, coordinating legal proceedings, supporting discovery, and keeping cases organized. This role requires someone who can work independently, follow up consistently, communicate professionally with clients and legal professionals, and provide compassionate, high-quality client service while maintaining accuracy and urgency.

Schedule:
Remote, Full Time |
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor litigation calendars, deadlines, court orders, and case-related events.
- Track deadlines related to discovery, hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections, examinations, and trials.
- Proactively remind attorneys and team members of upcoming deadlines and outstanding tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, inspections,



and other litigation events.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, court reporters, mediators, interpreters, and other vendors.
- Prepare and circulate scheduling correspondence and legal notices as directed.
- Follow up consistently on outstanding scheduling items and case requirements.
- Assist with discovery by communicating with clients to obtain required information and documentation.
- Organize documents, records, photographs, correspondence, invoices, contracts, medical records, and other case materials.
- Assist with preparing initial drafts of discovery responses for attorney review.
- Track discovery deadlines and outstanding responses.
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, discovery, depositions, mediation, and other case-related matters.
