General Description
Coordinate and supervise material operations to ensure timely delivery to production lines, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material picking, and movement. Optimize the use of human and material resources through compliance with established processes, performance indicators, quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies.

Experience And Education
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Maquiladora Industry.

Knowledge, Skills, And Certifications
- SAP proficiency (materials and inventory modules).
- Warehouse and inventory management and control.
- Material planning and supply to production lines.




- Management of internal logistics and materials KPIs.
- Knowledge of FIFO, Kanban, cycle counting, and inventory control.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and effective communication.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and continuous improvement (5S, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO 9001 preferred).
