Position: CRM Martech Lifecycle
This position will be responsible for designing and executing a personalized 1:1 communication strategy for Doters members throughout their entire lifecycle—from onboarding and activation to retention and reactivation. We are looking for an autonomous, analytical, and highly hands-on professional capable of turning behavioral data into relevant communications that increase engagement, reduce churn, and generate greater value for our members.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Lifecycle Marketing strategies for member onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.




- Manage personalized campaigns across email, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Lead campaign execution in Braze or similar platforms, including segmentation, journeys, triggers, and automated campaigns.
- Analyze member behavior and develop segments based on value, affinity, frequency, and engagement.
- Define and monitor metrics such as CLTV, churn, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging, journeys, channels, and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Data, IT, Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to develop personalized experiences and new CRM capabilities.
- Design reactivation strategies for inactive or low-engagement members.
- Ensure an appropriate contact strategy that avoids overcommunication while maintaining relevance at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
