all applications Will be consideredWe are searching for the best talent for the Jr Medical Manager Oncology to be in Mexico City, Mexico.Your main responsibilities will be:Managing a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.Assisting with external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activitiesDefining standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.Developing tactical and operational plans to aid in the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, scientific or technical literature, and training, education, and disease-state awareness materials.Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.G., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.Integrating Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.Qualifications:MD is desirableExpertise in Oncology solid tumors is desirable3-5 Years Work Experience in pharma industry ideally in Medical Affairs,
