Responsibilities
About the role:
Specialist in Collections Analytics – Responsible for driving credit recovery performance through the application of advanced analytics, statistical modeling,



machine learning techniques, and data-driven strategies. This role leverages large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights, optimize collections processes, improve customer segmentation, and support the development of effective recovery strategies. The Specialist partners closely with Collections Operations, Credit Strategy, and Business Intelligence teams to identify opportunities, measure performance, and influence business decisions through data. Additionally, the role is accountable for developing predictive and optimization models, monitoring their effectiveness, designing experiments to evaluate strategy outcomes, and delivering recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, portfolio performance, and overall recovery results.
