The Sales Representative — Export (Panama) is responsible for driving Mattel's growth in Panama by managing

distributor and retail accounts, ensuring seamless export operations from China, and achieving sales targets

across core brands like Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Fisher-Price. The role combines commercial execution with

strategic account management, balancing customer relationships, forecasting accuracy, and operational

excellence. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams,



the position supports market expansion

and brand visibility in Panama's toy industry. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and crossfunctional

collaboration skills to ensure sustainable business performance in the export channel.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow the portfolio of distributor and retail accounts in Panama to achieve sustainable sales

growth.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across Mattel’s core brands.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and demand planning in collaboration with cross-functional

teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and incoterms with customers to secure profitable agreements.
- Coordinate end-to-end export processes from China, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products.
- Generate and present sales reports, KPIs, and performance analyses to management on a regular basis.
