Key Account Manager OES Sales (OESS)
Organizational Structure
The Key Account Manager OES Sales (OESS) reports directly to the Director OES Sales.
Key Responsibilities
The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Manage and support assigned customers and regions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Conduct account-level budget planning.
- Ensure commercial targets (revenue and profitability) are met through active portfolio management.
- Prepare for and conduct regular price negotiations with customers.
- Prepare quotations and cost calculations, and negotiate contracts.
- Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure that supply chain cost increases are passed on to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Serial Sales, Manufacturing Plants, and Project Management, to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Participate in projects such as production transfers and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Secure customer purchase commitments in the event of raw material Last Time Buy situations.
Qualifications
Education
- Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience and Personal Skills
- Several years of professional experience in Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in the Aftermarket or Origina
