About the Role

Sharp Brains Limited is looking for an experienced
IT Support Specialist
to provide onsite technical support across end-user computing, office IT infrastructure, asset management, and technology projects.

The adecuado candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with IT hardware and workplace technologies, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

End-User & Technical Support
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Install, configure, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and user issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to Level 2/remote support teams.

Office IT Infrastructure
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, printing, voice, AV, conference room,



and workplace technologies.
- Install and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless access points, and related equipment.
- Support digital signage, smart-office solutions, and meeting room technologies.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and support planned maintenance activities.

IT Asset Management
- Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular asset audits.
- Coordinate warranty repairs, redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with asset management and audit requirements.

Projects & Site Support
- Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and IT infrastructure projects.
- Provide remote hands and onsite assistance for technology deployments.
- Support business events, demonstrations, and special technology requirements.
- Escort and coordinate third-party vendors when required.
