As we continue to grow, we're building more than just a sales team, we're building a scalable, high-performance sales organization. We're looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Manager who can build, own, measure and continuously improve the system that develops every future SLG Appointment Setter.

This is not a traditional training role. We're looking for someone who can connect training to real production results, identify why people succeed or fail, and continuously improve the Academy based on evidence from live performance.

If you have experience building sales training systems in outbound BPO, call-center, appointment-setting or high-volume remote sales environments, we'd love to meet you.

The Role

The Learning & Development Manager will own the SLG Appointment Setter Academy and the development system that transforms qualified candidates into capable, productive,



and profitable Appointment Setters.

You will be responsible not only for delivering training, but for determining whether our training actually prepares people to succeed in live production.

Your success will be measured by what happens after training—including certification performance, time to first validated appointment, early production results, QA performance, CRM accuracy and the ability of graduates to consistently apply what they learned.

Your Responsibilities

Academy Ownership & Training Systems
- Own and continuously improve the SLG Appointment Setter Academy.
- Design and maintain the Academy curriculum, daily lesson plans, training materials, playbooks, SOPs and certification programs.
- Establish and maintain one controlled source of truth for training content and ensure materials remain current and properly version-controlled.
