Brady Corporation is seeking an experienced and strategic Trade Compliance Manager to lead all aspects of trade compliance across our Mexico operations.
In this role, you will lead our Compliance and Import/Export team, serve as an internal advisor on Mexican and U.S. customs regulations, and oversee cross-border logistics for our facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Trade Compliance and Import/Export staff, overseeing cross-border coordination, department projects, and team performance.
Ensure all international business activities fully comply with Mexican Customs regulations, IMMEX requirements, and USMCA/Free Trade Agreements.
Serve as a subject matter expert for US trade compliance issues (FDA, AES, ****, ****, Section 301, HAZMAT, Reconciliation) and advise all Brady Mexico business units.
Direct internal and external trade compliance audits to ensure audit readiness and resolve binding rulings and regulatory inquiries.
A Oversee automated compliance solutions (ERP/SAP, Ixport/Anexo 24) to maintain accurate databases, HTS classifications, and valuations.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align compliance strategies, support M
