Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance tasks
Support to technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair
Guarantee the correct stamping of the work being performed
Ensure process flow by communicating that the work has been finished
Achieve the implementation of improvement proposals
Check availability of tools and parts to be used
Ensure application of work methods
Perform visual inspections of the vehicle
Manage any deviations that arise
Wash parts and components
Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished
Follow up on established improvement plans
Requirements
One year in a similar position
Diesel and/or gasoline mechanics
Knowledge of Scania products and services
Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in Diesel and Gasoline Mechanics, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective preventive maintenance and repair tasks. Proficient in managing workflow, implementing improvement proposals, and adhering to industry standards.
