THE ROLE | RESPONSABILITIES

Chemours is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our growing team.
- Ticket Management: Serve as the main point of contact for Workday-related user tickets; monitor, prioritize, resolve and document issues in a timely, customer-focused manner.
- QRG (Quick Reference Guide) Management: Create, maintain, and update QRGs and user documentation for Workday to ensure clarity, consistency, and easy user access.
- SharePoint Site Management: Oversee and update the HRIS SharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and organized for HR stakeholders.
- Year-End Activities: Lead and support year-end HRIS processes including reporting, system updates,



audits, and documentation to meet compliance and business requirements.
- Compliance Control Audits: Perform routine audits and control checks to ensure Workday data integrity and compliance with Chemours’ policies and regulatory standards.
- Configuration Testing: Participate in the testing and validation of Workday configuration changes; document and communicate results, and coordinate with stakeholders / Project Leads as necessary.
- Basic Project Support: Support HRIS projects by gathering requirements, assisting with process documentation, and providing support for implementations and enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or 5+ years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
