What You Will Do

Sales Target Execution: Achieve assigned sales targets within the orthopedic and trauma portfolio across your territory.

Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and acquire new surgeon customers to expand product adoption and market coverage.

Clinical Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits with surgeons and healthcare professionals to promote products and support procedural use.

Pipeline Management: Generate and follow up on surgical opportunities to ensure timely case support and continuous growth.

Account Strategy: Develop and execute tailored plans for key accounts aligned with broader territory goals.

Surgical Support Coordination: Work with support teams to ensure seamless service before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Product Expertise:



Act as a reliable product resource by answering inquiries and delivering accurate product information.

Inventory Monitoring: Track product availability and communicate inventory updates to fulfill customer needs.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years in orthopedic and trauma medical device sales.

Languages: Professional proficiency in Spanish.

Account Management: Proven track record managing relationships in hospitals, clinics, or surgical settings.

Preferred Qualifications

OR Experience: Direct experience collaborating with orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams.

Territory Management: Hands-on experience managing a geographical sales territory and hitting quotas.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with orthopedic and trauma product portfolios.

English Proficiency: Intermediate or higher level of English.
