Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Strategic Content Development: Research and collaborate with business units to draft high-impact content that aligns with organizational goals and communications plans.
Digital Multimedia Creation: Design and produce engaging digital assets, including videos, infographics, and newsletters—to promote key initiatives and highlight employee successes across internal and external channels.
Strategic Messaging: Proactively identify and pitch opportunities to amplify key organizational messages to broader target audiences.
Communication Support:



Manage content writing, editing, and ad-hoc communication projects to ensure brand consistency and clarity.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events and large-scale meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality attendee experiences.
Community & DE&I; Engagement: Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and affinity groups to support and promote their activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for site-based managers and employees to facilitate effective communication flow and support daily operational needs.
Basic Qualifications
Academic Background: Currently enrolled students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Entertainment Business Management, or International Business.
Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese is considered a
