Position Summary
We are hiring a Materials Flow Engineer to support the design and optimization of material movement across Polaris Monterrey operations. This role focuses on improving internal logistics, line-side delivery, packaging flow, and visual management tools. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient part presentation and inventory handling aligned with production needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or materials flow
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
Experience with data analysis and process mapping
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of internal logistics and material flow principles
Experience with ERP systems and digital tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to work cross-functionally with production, planning, and warehouse teams
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Design and implement material flow systems to support production efficiency
Optimize line-side delivery, packaging layout, and visual aids
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
Support inbound logistics and internal part distribution
Collaborate with teams to align material flow with production schedules
Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
