About the Role
Responsible for support the results of EHSS indicators. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees.
What You Will Do
Advise, create,



coordinate and control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health and fitness employees.
Support in accomplishment of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System)
Regular tasks: Medical examinations for admission, and periodic / emergency care and medical consultation / prenatal / control medicine / preventive health programs (health campaigns)
Performs health-monitoring exams to the associates who are exposed to hazardous material or work in hazardous areas (Eye, audiometric, spirometry, high pressure and drug tests, and Ergonomic etc.)
Maintains records of the associates who have suffered a work related injury and completes accident forms for the Mexican Social Security and the Labor Department.
Attention, Classification and Control Incident Reporting and illnesses. Support to investigate the
