Role Overview:
The Intake Assistant at a Law Firm serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient intake process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls while collecting and entering accurate client information. The Intake Assistant also supports translation needs to facilitate clear communication.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7AM to 10PM CST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:




- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detaill
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain organized records and ensure all client information is properly documented
- Provide translation and language assistance as needed to support client communication
- Guide clients through the intake process and address general inquiries
- Conduct initial client intake, gathering required information accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client experience

What We're Looking For:
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle high phone activity in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual (preferred, especially for translation support)
- Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
