Qualifications:
- Possess professional experience of two to four years in systems engineering or desktop support roles with accountability for end user computing environments.
- Exhibit practical knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing platforms with the ability to handle multiple incidents concurrently while maintaining service quality.
- Show familiarity with basic networking concepts such as IP addressing connectivity checks and wireless configuration as they relate to desktop connectivity issues.




- Display effective communication and customer service skills that enable clear explanations of technical topics to non technical users and contribute to a positive support experience.
- Value structured documentation practices including maintenance of knowledge base articles asset details and incident records that support consistency and audit readiness.
