PMO/ Purchasing Strategic Coordinator:
- Supports the North America Indirect Procurement Leadership Team by coordinating strategic follow-up, executive activities, reporting, and business information.
- The role serves as a key link between leadership, Purchasing management, Finance, and other stakeholders, consolidating and analyzing information to provide visibility on savings strategies, business priorities, action plans, and key initiatives.
- This role combines executive coordination with strategic and analytical support,



consolidating business information, monitoring key initiatives, and translating data into clear reports and actionable insights for leadership.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
- Coordinate and follow up with Purchasing management on savings strategies, action plans, and key business priorities.
- Consolidate, analyze, and prepare reports on savings, project/initiative progress, and key performance indicators for leadership.
- Facilitate follow-up meetings with management to review strategic initiatives, commitments, and progress.
- Serve as a coordination link between Purchasing, Finance, and other stakeholders for the timely exchange of business, fiscal, tax, and administrative information.
- Coordinate executive agendas, meetings, travel arrangements, and related follow-up activities.
