LI-Hybrid Team Overview:
The Senior Compliance Analyst supports the Compliance and Internal Control function, with a focus on CNBV prudential regulation,



corporate governance, and regulatory obligations. The role supports the implementation of regulatory requirements into internal processes and controls, monitors ongoing compliance, and assists with regulatory reviews and remediation efforts.

Role Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the regulatory obligations framework, including the identification, tracking, assignment, and follow-up of obligations and commitments with CNBV and other applicable regulatory authorities.
- Supporting the corporate governance framework, including the implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements applicable to the Board of Directors, committees, governance bodies, and internal control functions.
- Coordinating the implementation of new regulatory requirements into internal policies, procedures, processes, controls, governance structures, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Advising internal teams primarily on prude
