You will be challenged to help develop comprehensive L&D; programs for our Risk Operations Team.



You will collaborate with other teams members in the broader organization to share best practices on Learning and Development. As a Leraning and Development Sr. Analyst you will be resposible for the planning and execution of training activities, development curricula, evaluation of training delivery and measurement of results for new hires and onborading activities.

Role Responsibilities:
- Creation of learning content. Maintainin, updating, and enhancing the onboarding training to new hires in vendors.
- Analysis of data: pre and post training, KPIs results and root causes.
- Analysis and prioritization of deliverables according to the urgency for the business.
- Implementing a short and long term training schedule.
- Collecting insights and transforming them into training opportunities.
- Conduct training needs analysis to address performance gaps to define the best solutions and standardize processes according to best pr
