This role will support Account Managers and company leadership in recruitment, scheduling, communication, and operational logistics to ensure GoInspo events run smoothly nationwide. This role bridges talent, clients,



and internal teams, helping maintain GoInspo’s “Culture of Excellence.”

The Account Coordinator is a full-time 1099 position at 40 Hours/week. The schedule is as

follows:
- Weekly Scheudle 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (4 Days)
- Weekly Schedule 2: Monday - Saturday (6 Days)

○Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

○Weekends: Live Event Coverage As Needed, Working 8 Hours

Your Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Interview Management
- Identify, interview (6-15/day), and onboard new talent for Brand Ambassador, Production Assistant, and Labor roles.
- Mark and categorize top talent (“High Recommend,” “Lead”) for specific events several

weeks in advance.
