DESCRIPTION:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years of experience in IT support or similar technical role
- Preferred Fields of Study: Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Professional IT certifications preferred (e.g., networking, server management, security)




- Strong expertise in Windows platform administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with mobile platforms and iOS device management
- Advanced knowledge of networks, VPN configurations, and connectivity solutions
- Expertise in server management and virtualization technologies
- Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent documentation and process improvement capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with IT asset management and inventory control
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage complex situations with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of Cybersecutiry concepts and best practices
