Position Summary

The Product Sales Call Center Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing both outbound and inbound call center sales operations across multiple product departments, including Traffic School, Registration Services, Immigration, Trucking Permits & Insurance, and Commercial Services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a multi-department product sales call center focused on outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase lead-to-sale conversion rates across all assigned product lines.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales agents and supervisors through live call monitoring, call reviews, role-playing, and ongoing sales training.
- Actively participate in sales operations by listening to calls, providing real-time feedback, and supporting agents in closing opportunities.
- Establish, track, and analyze key sales metrics including lead conversion rates, revenue performance, growth trends, and service quality.




- Ensure all departments consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and conversion benchmarks.
- Partner closely with the Product Sales Operations Manager to prepare reports, forecasts, and performance insights.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans, coaching strategies, or targeted training initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, training, and compliance teams to improve lead quality, workflows, and overall customer experience.
- Oversee staffing needs including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and continuous development of sales team members.
- Promote a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture while maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, sales scripts, and all regulatory requirements applicable to each product line.
- Support cross-functional initiatives, peak sales periods, and new product launches as needed.
