About the Role
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective Epic solutions.
- Participate in system optimization initiatives and workflow redesign.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with Epic standards, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Epic Tapestry Certification (Highly Preferred)
Experience with one or more Tapestry modules, including:
- Claims Administration
- Contracts Administration
- Eligibility & Enrollment
