We are a growing U.S.based construction company seeking a Construction Estimator / Insurance Liaison to prepare roofing estimates and work directly with insurance adjusters to secure claim approvals.

Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate roofing and restoration estimates using Xactimate:
- Submit, track, and follow up consistently on estimates with insurance companies
- Negotiate effectively with adjusters to reach fair claim approvals
- Review estimates carefully to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance:
- Maintain organized records and clear communication throughout each claim

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills — able to handle objections and reach agreements
- Excellent follow-up and persistence — you don’t let claims or decisions stall
- High attention to detail when building and reviewing estimates
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)




- Strong organization and time management in a remote environment

Qualifications
- Advanced English (C1+)
- Experience with insurance claims (required); roofing/construction preferred
- Familiarity with Xactimate is a strong plus
- Knowledge of construction processes (Architecture/Civil Engineering is a plus)
- Proficiency with Excel, Office, and CRM tools
