Your Job
Lead and develop the manufacturing organization for the High Power Cable and Harness Cable Assembly & RF businesses. This role is accountable for safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution across all shifts, with direct ownership of production plan attainment, customer delivery performance, product quality, labor and equipment utilization, scrap / rework reduction, and continuous improvement. The role has the authority to direct daily manufacturing priorities, allocate resources according to production needs, coordinate cross-functional recovery plans, approve appropriate operational requests, and engage suppliers or internal partners through established processes.

What You Will Do
- Convert customer demand and the production plan into executable shift-level priorities for High Power Cable and Harness Cable Assembly operations, confirming labor, equipment, tooling, materials, documentation, and engineering readiness.
