ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a part of the pre-sales team within LATAM. You will be working with Group-IB customers and partners around the whole region to ensure a successful understanding of Group-IB products and services. As a technical advisor to the client,



you will have to make sure about the successful operation of solutions and provide both technical and sales support to the team.
YOUR MISSION
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including but not limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), scoping & architecting solutions including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD); building BOQ; writing proposals; and delivering product-specific presentations, technical training & seminars for channel partners and clients.
- Build strategic relationships with various internal stakeholders, including field sales, channel and partners managers, and other pre-sales professionals, engineering teams, and marketing to drive, generate and support business development activities.
- Provide strong client engagement as a trusted advisor to understand technical & business objectives and mapping them with Group-IB’s products
- Define and manage client expectations regarding the outcomes and deliverables of proposed service
