Job Description
This role includes 2 commercial scopes: Marketing and Sales Management for the assigned core products franchise. Lead strategic and tactical development for the core products franchise to position AbbVie as a market leader and solution-provider across the comprehension of the experience and insights of patients and stakeholder, across the Brand Team and In Field Team, developing the Patient Journey to focus the Brand Team on the delivery of patient-centric strategies within AbbVie business code of conduct,
policies and all applicable laws and regulations. Consistently exemplify the AbbVie Ways of Working and effectively demonstrating the Leadership Attributes.
- Lead multiple core marketing and business processes as Strategic, financial forecasts/plans, and budget plan management.
- Lead effectively as Brand Team Leader the Integrated Brand Team to anticipate trends and develop in-depth customer insight to anticipate stakeholder needs, adapt organization co-creating and delivering integrated brand winning strategies—with a continuous brand plan, winning access, best-in-class execution, and superior label and value propositions)—unlock the unlimited potential of our portfolio; translating strategy to implementation into tactics, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members and in-field team
