What you will work on

What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of accounting processes supporting business integration initiatives.
- Define accounting models, operating frameworks, and accounting rules for brokerage and banking activities.
- Manage intercompany accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial consolidation activities.
- Analyze complex financial data to support accounting, regulatory, and management reporting.
- Assess accounting impacts of products, transactions, and operational changes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, strengthen controls, and support finance transformation efforts.




- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

What you will bring

What We're Looking For
- 7-12 years of accounting experience within a Brokerage House, Bank, Financial Institution, or Financial Group.
- Strong understanding of brokerage operations, financial products, and accounting flows.
- Experience leading accounting integration, migration, or operating model implementation projects.
- Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and process design.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial regulatory frameworks is highly valued.
- English proficiency is a plus.
