Ford México is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician to coordinate and support the plant’s Occupational Health Program at Hermosillo Stamping & Assembly Plant. You will ensure regulatory compliance, provide clinical leadership, and manage onsite medical services 24/7, partnering with HR, Safety and plant leadership.
This role reports to the LATAM Medical Director with a matrix report to the Plant HR Manager.
